植物生产类专业创新型人才培养模式探索——基于江西农业大学国家级实验教学示范中心的改革实践

实验教学是高等教育创新人才培养体系的重要组成部分,要加强学生的创新意识和实践能力的培养,必须依靠高水平的实践教学过程的训练。笔者在简要分析植物生产类专业人才培养模式现状的基础上,结合江西农业大学植物生产国家级实验示范中心建设实践,介绍了通过转变实验教学理念,全方位深化实验教学改革,创新人才培养模式,以此提高农业创新人才培养质量。

On Plant Production Innovative Talents Training Mode:Based on the Reform at the National Experimental Demonstration Center of Jiangxi Agricultural University

Experimental teaching is an important link in the cultivation system of innovative talents for higher education.And the student’s awareness of innovation and practical ability depend on the high level practical teaching and training.On the basis of a brief analysis of the current status of plant production professional training mode,and the construction of Plant Production National Experimental Demonstration Center of Jiangxi Agricultural University,this paper presented the training mode innovation through changing the experimental teaching conception and deepening the experiment teaching reform.
