地方农业高校青年教师教学能力现状研究

高校青年教师队伍建设是提高高等教育质量的关键,提升青年教师教学能力是加强师资队伍建设的重要方面。以西北地区某地方农业高校为个案,采用实证的方法对该校青年教师教学能力现状进行了调查研究,发现青年教师教学能力总体评价较好,但教学能力发展不平衡;教学能力发展主动性较强,但发展意识和能力有待提高;教学能力发展日益受到重视,但发展平台有待完善。

Investigation of Local Agricultural College Young Teacher＇s Teaching Ability： A Case of an Agricultural University

Faculty development of young teachers in universities is the key to improving higher education quality, and the important point of the development is promoting young teachers teaching ability. The research selected an agricultural university in the west area of China and used empirical study method to investigate the condition of young teachers teaching ability in the university. It found that the evaluation on young teacher＇ s teaching ability is good, but the development is imbalanced; teachers have development initiative, but need to improve the consciousness and ability. More attention should be paid to teaching ability development, but the platform needs perfecting.
