高校创建专家工作站服务城乡统筹发展的思考——以南京农业大学为例

专家工作站这种高校产学研合作新模式,可以实现农业技术的有效转化,培养科技创新与推广实用人才,较好地解决＂三农＂问题,服务城乡统筹一体化发展。南京农业大学专家工作站的实践经验表明,为保证专家工作站的健康运行,高校应加强相关领导,加快成果转化;完善农业推广服务体制;因地制宜,分类推进;加大政策扶持力度,设置长期专项基金。
