| 摘 要： | 根据新农村建设对创新人才的能力要求,农业院校应构建创新人才培养体系,包括以＂农科背景＋综合学科＂为特色的课程体系、以＂农业龙头企业＂为依托的实践体系、以＂教育信息化＂为基础的支撑体系和以＂多方兼顾＂为原则的评估体系,树立＂服务三农＂的教育理念,培育＂以农为本＂的办学特色,坚持＂综合集成＂的教学方法,开拓＂产学研合作＂的培养模式,遵循＂整体最优＂的管理原则。
