“思想道德修养与法律基础”课程教育的理念和方法

摘    要:随着高校思想政治理论课的深层次改革,"思想道德修养与法律基础"课程也必须进一步厘清教育目的和教育方式。课程教育的目的在于通过对生存意义的阐述,使其精神生命得到发展;课程教育的方式应从疏离走向整合,在教育和生活的整合中去促进大学生的发展,而课程教育的模式则应从知性教育走向体悟教育与实践性教育,体验与感悟式的教学方法以及反思性实践是有效的教育模式。

Abstract:With the deep reform of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, the curriculum of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis also needs reform based on profound thinking. In this study, the educational purposes and modes of the curriculum of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Basic Law is redefined and clarified in its purpose and pedagogical methods. The purpose of this curriculum is to develop students' spiritual life based on the elaboration of meaning of life; in terms of educational method, the originally alienated curriculum education should be more integrated to promote the development of college students in the integration of education and life; in terms of educational mode, this curriculum should shift from knowledge-based education to experience- and practice-based education. The teaching methods involving experience and perception as well as reflective practice are effective educational modes.
