硒拮抗镉致小鼠肝脏氧化损伤研究

摘    要:为了研究硒与重金属镉的拮抗作用,试验选取80只健康的小白鼠随机分为4组,分别为对照组、高镉组、硒组、高镉+硒组),连续7 d按照组别每天给小鼠腹腔注射等量去离子水、2.0 mg·kg-1 Cd2+、0.2 mg·kg-1 Se2+、2.0 mg·kg-1 Cd2++0.2 mg·kg-1 Se(2+),第8天观察小鼠临床症状、病理变化,测定肝脏器官指数和组织抗氧化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,高镉组肝脏器官指数上升(P>0.05),SOD和CAT含量极显著下降(P<0.01),MDA含量极显著上升(P<0.01);与高镉组相比,高镉+硒组肝脏器官指数下降(P>0.05),SOD和CAT含量极显著上升(P<0.01),MDA含量极显著下降(P<0.01)。说明硒可以通过与重金属镉产生的拮抗作用,使小鼠毒害症状有所减缓,表现在小鼠肝脏器官指数下降,抗氧化酶活性提高,清除自由基能力增强。

Abstract:In order to study the antagonism between selenium and heavy metal cadmium,80 healthy mice were selected and randomly divided into four groups(the control group,high cadmium group,selenium group,high cadmium+selenium group).For seven consecutive days,the mice were injected intraperitoneally every day with same amount of deionized water,2.0 mg·kg-1 Cd2+,0.2 mg·kg-1 Se2+and 2.0 mg·kg-1 Cd2++0.2 mg·kg-1 Se2+respectively according to the group division.Observed the clinical symptoms and pathological changes in mice,then determined the liver organ index and antioxidant indicators on the 8th day.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the liver organ index increased,the SOD and CAT contents decreased,and the MDA content increased in the high cadmium group.Compared with the high cadmium group,the liver organ index of the high cadmium+selenium group decreased,the contents of SOD and CAT increased,and the content of MDA decreased.These results indicated that selenium could reduce the toxic symptoms of mice by antagonizing the heavy metal cadmium,manifested in the decreased liver organ index,increased antioxidant enzyme activity,enhanced free radical scavenging ability,increased SOD and CAT content,and decreased MDA content.
