摘    要:试验选用1日龄健康海兰褐公雏鸡360只,随机分为6个试验组,每组设3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,其余5个试验组另饲喂含不同浓度的枯草芽孢杆菌B7和甘露低聚糖制剂,观察雏鸡的生产性能、免疫器官指数的变化。结果表明,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌B7和甘露低聚糖均能显著提高雏鸡增重(P〈0.05),降低料重比(P〈0.05),试验组免疫器官和血清中IgG的含量也显著升高(P〈0.05)。

Application of Bacillus Subtilis B7 and Mannan Oligosaccharides Preparation in Chicken Production

Abstract:Three hundred and sixty one-day-old Hyline-brown cocks were randomly divided into 6 groups, with 3 replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate The experimental period was 35 days. The control group was fed with basal diet. The other five groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with Bacillus subtilis B7 and mannan ofigosaccharides preparation at different level of concentrations. The results showed that all the groups supplemented with Bacillus subtilis B7 and mannan oligosaccharides preparation could significantly increased body weight gain and decreased feed to meat ratio(P〈0.05). Compared to the control group, immune organ index of trial groups were higher(P〈0.05), and Bacillus subtilis B7 and mannan oligosaccharides preparation could significantly increased the content of IgG in serum(P〈0.05).
