细菌素对肉仔鸡血液生化指标、抗氧化及免疫指标的影响

摘    要:试验旨研究在日粮中添加不同水平乳酸链球菌素(Nisin细菌素)对肉仔鸡血液生化指标、抗氧化及免疫指标的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡550只,随机分为5个处理组,每个处理5个重复,每个重复22只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮+土霉素6 mg·kg-1,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加Nisin细菌素0.025%、0.05%、0.075%、0.1%,试验期56 d。结果表明,在肉鸡日粮中添加不同水平的细菌素Nisin,对肉仔鸡血液生化指标和抗氧化指标没有显著影响(P0.05),显著提高肉仔鸡胸腺指数和脾脏指数(P0.05),提高肉仔鸡的免疫能力。

Abstract:Study effects of different levels bacteriocins (Nisin) in diet to biochemical, antioxidant and immune indices of broiler serum. Five hundred and fifty one day old Arbor Acres broilers were selected and allocated to five groups randomly, and five replicates in each. For 56 days experiment, the control group was basal diet plus 6 mg· kg-1 terramycin, treatment I, II, 1I, IVwere basal diet with 0.025%, 0.05%, 0.075% and 0.1% Nisin respectively. The result showed that there were no significant effects to biochemical index and antioxidant index in broiler fed different levels of Nisin(P〉0.05), the immune indices about thymus and spleen increased(P〈0.05).
