| 摘 要： | 脂溶性维生素参与动物体内的多种化学反应,维持机体组织、细胞功能和结构的完整性。饲料中脂溶性维生素缺乏或过量会引起动物的一些代谢病,影响生产性能。文章综述了脂溶性维生素的生物学功能及其应用。

| Abstract: | Fat-soluble vitamins are widely involved in variety of chemical reactions in the body, maintain the integrity of the tissue and function and structure of cell. Fat-soluble vitamin deficiency or excess can cause animals some metabolic disease, and affect the production performance. This article reviewed the biological functions and ap- plications of fat-soluble vitamins. |
