烟酸铬和胶原蛋白粉对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响

摘    要:试验研究在断奶仔猪日粮中添加不同水平的烟酸铬及胶原蛋白粉添加剂对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。选择体重相近(8.0±0.07 kg)的杜×长×大三元杂交28日龄断奶健康仔猪80头作为试验对象,随机分为5个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复4头猪,5个处理分别为对照组和1、2、3、4组。试验采用单因素设计。设计烟酸铬2个水平(0.15、0.2 mg·kg-1),胶原蛋白粉2个水平(150、200 mg·kg-1)。预试期为7 d,正试期为28 d。结果表明,日粮中添加烟酸铬和胶原蛋白粉对断奶仔猪的日增重、料重比、腹泻率均有显著影响(P0.05)。对平均采食量无显著影响(P0.05)。

Effects of Nicotine Acid Chromium and Collagen Powder on Weanling Pig Performance

Abstract:The effects on weanling pig performance indexes were studied in this experiment. In the test, option choice (8.0 ± 0.07) kg body weight similar to Duroc x Landrace x Large three-way cross 28-day-old weaned, 80 healthy pigs for the trial, used random design, the piglets were divided into 5 treatment, each dealing with 4 repeat, each repeated with four piglets, five treatment were blank control group and the 1, 2, 3, 4 groups. The experiment used the single factor design. Design 2 levels of nicotine acid chromium (0.15, 0.2 mg·kg^-1), 2 levels of collagen albumen dried (150, 200 mg·kg^-1). The pre-experiment were 7 days, the trial period were 28 days. The result indicated that piglet daily dynamiting, material highly value daily ration middle addition nicotinic acid chromium and collagen powder to ablactation than the average feed intake had notable effect(P〈0.05).
