摘    要:在不同的时间、温度条件下对普通豆粕和提取异黄酮后的豆粕进行干热处理,测定其脲酶活性变化趋势,结果表明,提取异黄酮后的豆粕脲酶活性更易失活。

Abstract:The common soybean meal and the isoflavones extracted soybean meal were treated by dry heat in different time and temperature. Change trend of their urease activities were measured. The results showed that urease activity in isoflavones extracted soybean meal was easier deactivated.
