不同发酵工艺酵母培养物对瘤胃发酵影响的研究

摘    要:选择装有永久性瘘管的体况良好的荷斯坦奶牛3只,采用拉丁方试验设计,研究固态发酵酵母培养物与液态深层发酵酵母培养物对瘤胃发酵特性的影响。试验结果表明,达农威酵母和液态发酵酵母培养物组瘤胃总酸分别较对照组提高了3.91%,2.12%和3.79%(P<0.05),固态发酵组提高1.47%和1.53%,未达到显著水平。各试验组都降低了瘤胃氨浓度,但都未达到显著水平。在相同时间点,各试验组的瘤胃纤维素酶活力都比对照组高。

Abstract:Three dairy cows with permanent rumen fistula were used in a Latin square trail to study the effect of yeast culture made by solid state fermentation and liquid state submerged fermentation on the rumen fermentation characteristics. The results showed that the XP yeast culture and the yeast culture made by liquid fermentation added to the diets raised obviously the concentrations of TVFA by 3.91%, 2.12% and 3.79%(P<0.05) respectively; however, the yeast culture made by solid state fermentation raised by 1.47% and 1.53%(P>0.05). And every trial decreased the concentration of ammonia in rumen(P>0.05). At the same time point, the cellulase activity of every trial was higher than that of the control.
