| 摘 要： | 为研究仙人掌提取物对广西麻鸡产蛋性能的影响,选取38周龄的广西麻鸡1 200只为试验动物进行为期7周的饲养试验.试验鸡群随机分为3组,每组两个重复.对照A组饲喂基础饲粮,试验B和C组分别在基础饲粮上添加仙人掌提取物300和500 mg· kg-1,结果表明,B和C组的产蛋率显著高于A组（P＜0.05）、不合格蛋数极显著低于A组（P＜0.01）.说明仙人掌提取物能显著提高广西麻鸡的产蛋性能.

| Abstract: | The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of cactus PE on egg production traits of Guangxi partridge chicken. One thousand and two hurderd Guangxi partridge chickens were randomly assigned to 3 groups（A, B, C）, each group had 2 replicates. Group A was provided with basic diet, while group B and C were fed with basic diets added to 300, 500 mg·kg^-1 cactus PE respectively for 6 weeks. The results showed that adding cactus PE into diet could increase the laying rate（P〈0.05）, decrease the number of unqualified eggs（P〈0.01）. So cactus PE can improve egg production traits of Guangxi partridge chicken. |
