| 摘 要： | 水禽 (鸭、鹅、番鸭 )蛋因其蛋大 ,相对表面积较小 ,壳厚 ,壳膜坚韧 ,蛋黄脂肪含量高 ,胚胎中后期代谢旺盛等特点 ,故水禽蛋的孵化条件有别于鸡蛋的孵化条件。本文就水禽蛋的孵化温度、湿度、通风、翻蛋、凉蛋条件的特殊要求进行论述

| Abstract: | Because water poultry's egg(Duck,Goose and Muscovy)is larger;relative surface area is smiller;eggshell is thicker;membrane of eggshell is tough and tensile;the fat content of yolk is hight and embryon metabolizes vigorous in mid and end course.So the hatching factor of egg of water poultry is difference to hen's egg.This paper discusses the hatching factor of egg of water poultry temperature,relative humidity,venlilate,turn over egg and cold egg. |
