摘    要:通过分析"河南省农村改革发展综合试验区"建设对农业高职高专人才培养、"双师型"队伍建设、专业建设、实训基地建设、校村(企)联动、科技推广体制等方面的需求和推动作用,找出了农业高职高专产学研结合中的重点和难点,建立和健全了促进产学研结合的政策保障体系和社会服务体系,推进了教学改革,促进了办学质量和效益的提高。

Abstract:Through analyzing the demand and promoting role of the construction of comprehensive experimental zone of rural reform and development of Henan province to talents training of agricultural higher vocational colleges,the construction of double teacher team,specialty and practice base,the linkage system of school,village or enterprises,the promotion system of science and technology,and other aspects,this paper finds out the emphasis and difficulty of agricultural higher vocational colleges to cooperate with enterprise and scientific research units,points out that the policy guarantee system and social service system should be established and improved to promote the teaching reform and the quality and efficiency of school running.
