| Abstract: | Strengthen the transferring mechanisms of land-used rights,develop the moderate scale of operating;Insist on agriculture with science and education,and make science and technology as the driving force in order to promote the development of agricultural modernization;Insist on the concept of people-centered,play the farmers' role of the main force in the construction of socialist new countryside;Coordinate economic and social development between urban and rural areas and accelerate the new rural constructions which are the realistic choices on achieving the agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. |
