摘    要:本试验选用42头长杜大生长肥育猪研究微生杨植酸酶对生产性能及钙、磷利用率的影响。结果表明,饲粮中添加600FYT/kg和900FYT/kg微生物植酸酶均可达到添加磷酸氢钙(0.12%的磷)的生产性能.同时降低了钙、磷排泄量,改善了钙、磷的表观消化率和利用率。添加植酸酶600FYT/kg和900FYT/kg的效果差异不大。

Abstract:The trial involving 42 growing pigs (Duroc Landrace Yorkshive) was conducted to investigatethe effects of microbial phytase on performance and Ca and P utilization rate. The results showed that supple-mental 600FYT/kg or 900FYT/kg microbial phytase were similar to supplemental inorganic phosphorus(P0.12% ) about the performance of growing pigs. With added microbial phytase,the fecal Ca and P excretion werereduced,the apparent digestibility and the utilization rate of dietary Ca and P were increased. The effectsweren't obvious difference between 600FYT/kg and 900FYT/kg microbical phytase.
