| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,广西采取开发式扶贫、对口帮扶、异地安置和特困地区大会战等多种扶贫模式,有效地促进了全区各民族的团结和社会稳定,贫困人口锐减。新时期,应继续实施扶贫攻坚战略,坚持扶贫先扶智,搞好资源整合,进行连片开发,整体推进。

| Abstract: | Since Chinese reform Guangxi have adopted several models for poverty alleviation, such as development-oftented Poverty, counterpart helping, relocation and poverty-stricken areas of the General Assembly Fighting. It is effectively promoting ethnic unity and social stability, poverty-stricken population reduced steadily. In the new period, Guangxi should continue to implement the anti-poverty strategy, help the poverty with intelligent, integrate resources to develop contiguously. |
