| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的发展和高等教育改革的不断深入,我国高校的中青年教师面临着越来越多的心理和工作压力,心理健康状况不容乐观。应"以人为本"关注中青年教师的心理健康问题,改善其生活待遇和工作环境,帮助他们搞好心理调节。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and reform of higher education,China＇s college young teacher face more and more stress and their psychological state is not healthy.Their psychological state should be paid attention to in the light of ＂People Oriented＂.Improve their working environment and raise their reward and help them to adjust themselves to the condition. |
