| 摘 要： | 农业工业化是工业化的应有之义。对欠发达地区来说,摆脱贫困、顺利实现经济转型是关键。要大力推行农户经营行为企业化,提高农户企业化经营和信息化水平,培育农户的信息需求,深化农村投融资体制改革,建立和完善农业企业化投入机制和资本市场,实现融资渠道多样化,建立和完善土地流转机制和市场机制,为农业工业化创造条件。

| Abstract: | Industrialization of agriculture is one of the main content of new type industrialization.In less-developed regions,the key is to get rid of poverty and successfully realize economic transformation.So business behavior of farmer should be run as an enterprise and business level of farmer's enterprisation must be promoted.The information level must be heightened and we should cultivate farmer on the need of information.We should deepen the reform of investment and financing system and set up and perfect input mechanism of industrialization of agriculture and capital market in order to realize diversification of financing channels.Lastly,we should establish and improve mechanism of element circulation and market in order to create favorable conditions for industrialization of agriculture. |
