| 摘 要： | 我国农民工不仅数量巨大,而且处境尴尬,与和谐社会构建极不协调。农民工弱势群体的形成,既有自身原因,又有历史原因、制度原因。应健全法律法规,完善收入分配机制,创新就业制度,提高农民工自身素质。

The countermeasures is to improve the income - distribution machinalism, to innovate the employment system, to make the human captial quality of the Social - weak - group of the peasent - workers better,to improve our law and regulates. |
