| 摘 要： | "德治"既是马克思主义的治国之道,又是我国传统的治国之本。"德治"既可从氛围上筑起一道反腐拒变的精神屏障,又可从思想上树立起一面旗帜,使自律外化为行为。依法治国与以德治国结合,是新时期反腐倡廉的必由之路。

| Abstract: | The rule of virtue is not only the Marxist road of administering a country,but also is our country's traditional source of managing state affairs.The rule of virtue can construct a spiritual shield of anti-corruption from the atmosphere and set up a flag from the thoughts,which makes the self-discipline outer.The unition of rules of virtue with law must be the only road of advocation of anti-corruption and pro-probity in the new age. |
