摘    要:采用不同浓度的NaCl溶液对黑麦种子进行处理,结果表明:在0-200mmol/L范围内,随着NaCl溶液浓度的不断增加,黑麦的发芽率和发芽势均呈下降趋势,且处理浓度为50mmol/L和100mmol/L时的发芽率和发芽势明显高于其他处理组;而对于幼苗来说,在0-200 mmol/L范围内,随着NaCl溶液浓度的增加,幼苗的株高、鲜重、根长、干重均呈下降趋势,对黑麦幼苗的生长起到抑制作用.

Effect of NaCl stress on seed germination and seedling growth of rye

Abstract:Different concentrations of NaCl solution were used for rye seeds. The result showed: Within the range of 0 to 200mmol/L, with the increase of NaCl concentration of NaCl solution, both of rye germination rate and germination po- tential decreased. The germination rate and germination potential of 50mmol/L and 100mmol/L were significantly higher than those under other salt treatments. For seedlings, within the range of 0 to 200mmol/L, with the increase of NaCl con- centration of NaCl solution, plant height, fresh weight, root length, dry weight decreased. And high concentration had negative effects on the growth of seedlings.
