| Abstract: | The high administrative cost is not helpful to build the harmonious society.The government should reduce the administrative cost through strengthening the awareness of administrative cost,constructing an economical government,strengthening budget management,perfecting the budget system, implementing the decision-making more scientific and democratic,and streamlining the administrative agencies and the personnel. |
