| 摘 要： | 党的执政能力建设是党的最重要最根本的建设。中国共产党作为执政党,在党的执政能力建设中,应正确处理执政能力与执政地位;执政能力与“三个代表”;执政能力与依法行政的关系。只有深刻理解和正确地把握执政能力建设的时代内涵,才能从根本上加强党的执政能力建设,从而实现其执政为民的目标。
