黄芪和乳酸杆菌剂对鲫鱼肠道菌群的影响

摘    要:以鲫鱼为试验对象,分别投喂添加黄芪、乳酸杆菌和未添加佐剂的一般饲料后,检测各组鲫鱼肠道内乳酸杆菌数量、饲料系数、增重率和成活率等。试验结果表明,添加黄芪和乳酸杆菌后,鲫鱼肠道内乳酸杆菌的数量增多,而病原菌明显减少;也有利于鲫鱼的生长和成活。

Abstract:As the crucian carps for experimental objects,when being fed no additive diets and diets containing Astragalus and Lactobacilli respectively,the intestinal micro flora in crucian carp(Carassius auratus),feed conversion ratio,weight gain rate and survival rate were determined.The results showed that the amount of Lactobacilli in crucian carp is increased,while the amount of Pathogens is decreased,and this is in favor of the survival of crucian carp.
