叶面喷肥对稻米品质的影响

在水稻齐穗期 ,叶面喷施不同浓度、不同养分的肥料 ,研究对水稻结实及品质性状的影响。结果表明 :不同喷肥处理均有不同程度提高结实率、降低秕粒率 ,增加千粒重、改善稻谷碾磨品质的作用。其中喷施 2次 0 3%磷酸二氢钾溶液或 2～ 3次 1%尿素 + 0 3%磷酸二氢钾混合液的效果较好。叶面喷肥对稻米蒸煮品质及垩白的影响不显著。

Influence of foliar fertilization on quality of rice

At full heading time of rice,foliar fertilization with different density and different component part was sprayed to study the response of fructificative capability and quality of rice.The main results are as follows:every treatments enhanced full-grown grain rate,reduced blighted grain rate,increased the 1000-kernel weight and improved the grinding quality of rice at different degree.The influence of different treatments are not identical.Treatments of spraying potassium phosphate monobasic solution with density of 0.3% two times and the solution that contented 0.1% urea and 0.3% potassium phosphate monobasic has better effect.Influence of foliar fertilization on chalky and cooking quality of rice are not notable.
