| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着信息技术的发展,互联网已经成为人们日常生活不可或缺的一部分。而通过网络表达民意,激发民众参政议政的热情,既有利于社会主义民主法治建设,又有利于维护公民的合法权益。当然,在互联网政治上,要善于梳理、整合网络民意,对网民加以引导,实现网络文明。

| Abstract: | In recent years,along with the development of information technology,the Internet has become an integral part of People's Daily life.And through the network to express public opinion stimulating the public to participate politics,it is beneficial to both socialist construction of democracy and law and maintaining the citizen rights law.Of course,it is able to comb and integrate network opinion in network politics,internet users is guided for realizing Internet civilization. |
