膨润土高温焙烧活化改性实验研究

摘    要:将优质煤粉与膨润土混合挤压成型后高温焙烧,探讨了高温焙烧对活化改性的影响因素,确定了最佳焙烧的工艺条件。用加煤粉活化改性后的膨润土对印染废水处理,结果表明脱色效果明显优于直接焙烧改性的膨润土。

Abstract:Mingle the fine coal with the bentonite and extrude them into forming,and then roast them with high temperature. Inquire into the factors of roasting with high temperature having an effect on activation modification,and determine the best technological conditions of roasting, when we dispose the printing and dyeing waste water with the bentonite modified through adding to fine coal,it is as a result that the fading effect is obviously superior to that the bentonite possesses modified through roasting directly.
