| Abstract: | The administration with the law is the basic for the running a country with the law. The leadership of the party is the important guarantee for the administration with the Law. Doing so we must persist in the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. In order to strength then and improve the leadership of the party we must also carry out the administration with the Law. |
