摘    要:随着高校招生规模扩大,高校教师队伍快速扩大,探索青年教师培养模式,建立科学合理的具有高等教育特色的青年教师培养体系,是关系到未来高层次创新人才培养和我国高等教育事业近期乃至长期生存和发展的重大现实问题。实践证明,"一师三员"青年教师培养模式对促进青年教师快速成长具有重要意义。

Abstract:The quantity of young professional staffs in colleges and universities has been expanded rapidly with the ex- pansion of college enrollment. How to explore and establish scientific and reasonable training mode with higher educational characteristics of young professional staffs is related to the realistic problems in the cultivation of high - level creative tal- ents in the future . Practice has proved that the training mode of "one teacher with three capaciyies" has great signifi- cance in promoting the rapid growth of young professional staffs.
