| 摘 要： | 乳酸菌在不同种类、不同类型选择性培养基上生长培养后,比较活菌菌落数、菌落大小及溶钙圈大小。结果显示:添加胡萝卜汁的乳酸菌分离半固体培养基最适合乳酸菌的培养,活菌数最多,菌落最大。

| Abstract: | The optimal media for the growth of lactics was choosen by detecting the number, size of colony and the size of calcium-dissolving zone when the bacteria grew in different solid and semi-solid media. The results showed that the growth of the lactics was best, the number of living bacteria was the largest and the calcium-dissolving zone was the biggest when the bacteria grew in the lactics detaching solid media which adding carrot juice. |
