| 摘 要： | 建国初期(1949-1956年),毛泽东对执政条件下党的建设问题进行了积极探索。主要包括:力行艰苦奋斗,起表率作用;开展整风运动,加强党的作风建设;进行整党运动,加强党的组织建设;构建和完善党内外监督机制等。这一探索与实践不仅丰富和发展了毛泽东的党建思想,而且还增强了党的战斗力和执政能力,为建国初期恢复和发展国民经济以及开展大规模的国家工业化建设提供了可靠的组织保障。
