| 摘 要： | 我国古代的法律解释集官方性、实用性和统一性于一身,方法上也充分体现了多样性和相对完整性,其目的不是为了发展法律,而是为了实用理性和维护封建统治。中国古代的法律解释虽有其局限性,但对当代的法律解释学建设仍具有借鉴意义,其所提供的本土文化是当代法律尤其是法律解释得以发展的沃土。

| Abstract: | Legal interpretation in ancient china has official and practical features. The method of that in the legal explanation technology has breakthrough and the goal has manifested the legal explanation practical rational wisdom in ancient times. Ancient Chinese interpretation of the law otherwise has its limitations ; But the contemporary interpretation of the law school building still has significance for reference, they provide the local culture of contemporary laws, in particular interpretation of the law to develop in the soil. |
