包膜控释肥对设施草莓生长及产量品质的影响

摘    要:通过“金正大”包膜控释肥与普通化肥的比较,探讨了包膜控释肥不同施用量对日光温室草莓生长及产量品质的影响。结果表明:等量包膜控释肥处理(t3)、减量25%包膜控释肥处理(t4)及减量50%包膜控释肥处理(t5)的草莓生长指标多优于化肥处理(t2)。其中t4处理的叶片数、叶面积、叶柄长、花序数、花序长和根冠比等指标均与t2处理的存在显著差异,分别比t2处理高7.6%、5.5%、5.8%、3.9%、12.9%和1.7%。t3处理的草莓总叶绿素含量、根系活力等指标与t2处理的存在显著差异,且分别比t2 高9.3%、18.3%,t4、t5的总叶绿素含量和根系活力都高于t2;不同量包膜控释肥处理改善了草莓的品质,t3、t4、t5草莓果实中的vc含量分别比t2高8.0%、14.1%、2.7%,可溶性糖分别提高20.2%、15.4%、14.5%。施用控释肥的处理也降低了果实中硝酸盐和可滴定酸的含量,其中可滴定酸含量t3比t2低19.4%,t4处理的硝酸盐含量最低,比t2低20.5%。t3和t4处理的产量分别比t2高 12.8%、6.4%。另外,施用包膜控释肥还提高了肥料的相对利用效率,t5、t4和t3的肥料相对利用率分别比t2高98.2%,41.9%和12.8%。
