| 摘 要： | 从南非引进杜泊绵羊(218枚)和波尔山羊(104枚)冷冻胚胎,以本地小尾寒羊(165只)和奶山羊(114只)为受体,经同期发情处理,分别向受体羊子宫角内植入1～2枚解冻的可用胚胎。结果表明:绵羊受胎率为36.7%,其中单胚受胎率为23.3%,双胚受胎率为46.8%。山羊受胎率为31.3%,其中单胚受胎率为25.0%,双胚受胎率为45.8%。胚胎移植绵羊和山羊双胚的受胎率均高于单胚(P<0.05)。而且与自然繁殖的羔羊相比,1～3月龄体重和平均日增重基本一致(P>0.05),羔羊的生长发育正常,经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | Utilize embryo transfer technology, translate Dorper sheep and Boer goat frozen embryos into local small-tail Hanyang(sheep) and milk goat, respectively, the result indicated: the conception rate of sheep was 36.7%, the conception rate of single embryo was 23.3% and that of double embryos was 46.8% respectively. The conception rate of goat was 31.3%, the conception rate of single embryo was 25.0% and that of double embryos was 45.8% respectively. |
