摘    要:采用营养液培养的方法,研究了不同光照条件下NO3-胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长、光合色素含量和光合作用的影响。结果表明,NO3-胁迫处理抑制了黄瓜幼苗的生长、增加了光合色素的含量、降低了净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)。与高光照相比,低光照下幼苗生长抑制程度、净光合速率和气孔导度下降程度减轻,而光合色素的增加量升高。低光照在一定程度上可以减轻硝酸盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗造成的伤害。
