摘    要:以白三叶的铺地、考拉和紫花苜蓿的金达品种为材料,采用硝、铵氮素比为1:1的水培液测定其喜氮类型,并测定不同生育时期的硝酸还原酶(NR)和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性。结果表明,三种豆科植物均有较强的喜硝特性,与喜铵的茶树间作具有氮素种类上的协调性。其中,以金达的总NR活性最高,GS活性最低,GS/NR值和吸氮量最小,最适宜茶园间作。

Abstract:Trifolium repens cv. PROP and CLARE and Medicago sativa cv. KINDER were used as mate- rials to measure their nitrogen preference by hydroponics with the ratio of NH4 + - N to NO3 - - N as 1 : 1, as well as the activity of nitrate reductase (NR) and glutamine synthetase (GS) in leaves and roots in different growth periods. The results showed that all the three leguminous plants had strong nitrate nitrogen preference, so they could be intercropped with tea trees possessing ammonium nitrogen preference. Among them, KINDER had the highest total NR activity, the lowest total GS activity and the smallest GS/NR ratio and nitrogen ab- sorption amount, so it was the most suitable one for intercropping in tea garden.
