| 摘 要： | 在山东省聊城市莘县采集的甜瓜病果上分离获得7个细菌菌株,接种甜瓜48 h果实发生明显腐烂,症状同田间发病果。经室内对菌体形态、染色反应、培养性状、生理生化特性以及致病性测定等项目鉴定,确认该病菌为胡萝卜软腐欧氏杆菌胡萝卜软腐致病亚种Erwinia carotovora subsp.carotovora（Jones）Bergey et al.]。

| Abstract: | Seven bacterial strains were isolated from rotted melon fruits gathered from Shenxian,Shandong Province. Inoculated melon with these stains for 48 hours,there was obvious rotted symptom,which was the same as that of naturally infected plants. Through studying the mycelial morphology,stain reaction,culture characteristics,physiological and biochemical characters and pathogenicity of these pathogens in the laboratory,they were identified as Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora（ Jones） Bergey et al. ]. |
