腐殖酸改良铅污染土壤对蔬菜生长及其养分利用的影响

摘    要:通过盆栽试验,研究了腐殖酸改良铅污染土壤对蔬菜生长与生物产量、养分积累和肥料农学利用效率的影响。结果表明,污染土壤中铅增多则不利于蔬菜生长、植株富集氮磷钾素和氮磷钾肥农学利用效率提升。铅污染土壤上施用腐殖酸对蔬菜产量的影响与施用量、污染严重程度有关,增加腐殖酸用量使轻微污染土壤上的蔬菜生物量减产,却使较重污染土壤上的蔬菜增产。施用腐殖酸和增加用量在较重污染土壤上能促进氮磷钾素的植株积累,但轻微污染土壤上腐殖酸用量对蔬菜吸收养分的影响因肥料种类、生长阶段、改良剂用量而异。轻微污染土壤上施用小剂量腐殖酸仅使钾肥农学利用效率显著降低,而使用大剂量的腐殖酸则使氮磷钾肥农学利用效率显著降低;较重污染土壤上施用小剂量腐殖酸显著降低了氮磷肥的农学利用效率,而施用大剂量腐殖酸则显著增加了氮磷钾肥的农学利用效率。因此,重度铅污染土壤改良可通过加大腐殖酸用量改土调肥实现逆境高产栽培,但轻度铅污染土壤上应慎用腐殖酸改良土壤。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of humic acid applied to improving lead - contaminated soil on vegetable growth and biomass, nutrient accumulation and fertilizer use efficiency. The re- sults showed that serious lead pollution in soil was greatly bad for vegetable growth, the accumulation of nitro- gen (N) , phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) in plant and the increase of fertilizer use efficiency. The appli- cation effect of humie acid on vegetable yield was related to the amount of humic acid and pollution degree. Increasing the application amount of humic acid decreased the vegetable yield in soil polluted by slight lead, but it was on contrary in soil polluted by serious lead. Increasing application amount of humic acid promoted the accumulation of N, P and K in plant in soil polluted by more lead. However, the effects in soil polluted by slighter lead were different according to fertilizer types, plant growth periods and amount of humic acid. In the soil polluted by slight lead, slighter humie acid significantly decreased the use efficiency of K, while more hu- mic acid significantly decreased that of N, P and K fertilizers, respectively. In soil polluted by serious lead, slighter humic acid decreased, while more humic acid increased the use efficiency of N, P and K fertilizerssignificantly. In conclusion, increasing amount of humic acid to improve soil polluted by serious lead could a- chieve higher yield, but it should be careful to use humic acid in soil polluted by slight lead.
