摘    要:以草炭+菇渣+蛭石+珍珠岩(V∶V∶V∶V=2∶3∶2∶3)为育苗基质,研究了不同添加量保水剂对黄瓜穴盘育苗效果的影响。结果表明:保水剂用量在1~16 g/L时,随着保水剂用量的增加,育苗基质的容重、总孔隙度、持水孔隙相应增加,通气孔隙逐渐减小,EC、pH变化不大;黄瓜幼苗的生长和生理代谢均随保水剂用量的增加呈先升高后降低趋势,保水剂用量为4 g/L时,茎粗、单株叶面积、壮苗指数、叶绿素含量、根系活力及根系吸收面积均最大,其中壮苗指数、根系活力显著高于其它处理。

Abstract:The effects of different application amount of super absorbent polymers on cucumber plug seedling were studied using peat,mushroom residue,vermiculite and perlite( V∶ V∶ V∶ V = 2∶ 3∶ 2∶ 3) as substrate. The results showed that the bulk density,total porosity and water-holding porosity of substrate increased with the increase of application amount of super absorbent polymers in the range of 1 ~ 16 g/L,while the aeration porosity decreased,and the value of EC and pH had little change; the growth and physiological metabolism of cucumber showed a trend of first increased then decreased; when the application amount of super absorbent polymers was 4 g/L,the stem diameter,leaf area per plant,seedling index,chlorophyll content in leaves,root activity and root absorption area of cucumber were the highest; among them,seedling index and root activity were significantly higher than those of other treatments.
