摘    要:小麦淀粉具有独特的性质,但我国小麦淀粉改性及应用研究不多。白色污染的加剧,掀起了人们对环境友好型可降解膜的研究。寻求丰富的、可再生的、可降解的、易制膜的原料是制备可降解膜的关键。对小麦淀粉的生产工艺、交联变性反应以及可降解膜的制备进行了综述,对其研究与应用进行了展望。

Abstract:The modification and application of wheat starch,which had unique characteristics,were not widely studied in our country. The study on degradable film,an environmental friendly product,arose with the intensification of white pollution. The key of making degradable film was to find raw materials with characteristics of richness,renewability,degradability and tractability. The production technology,crosslinking and degeneration reaction of wheat starch and preparation process of degradable film were introduced. Its research and application were prospected.
