| 摘 要： | 无融合生殖是指不经过精卵融合即可繁殖后代的一种特殊无性生殖方式,由于其具有固定杂种优势、加速育种进程、积累优良基因的优势,因此在农业生产上具有重要的意义和潜力。本文主要从无融合生殖的类型、鉴定、作用机理及应用等方面概述了近几年来有关苹果属植物无融合生殖的研究进展,并提出了今后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Apomixis is a special asexual reproduction method by which the plant produce embryos without fertilization.In agricultural production,it has important significance and potential because it could fix the heterosis,quicken the breeding progress and accumulate the fine genes.The research progress of apomixis in Malus plant was summarized from the types,appraisal,mechanism and applications,and then the directions for further study were put forward. |
