鲁棉研系列转基因抗虫杂交棉种子加工新技术研究

摘    要:鲁棉研系列转基因抗虫杂交棉种子加工新技术系将传统过量稀硫酸脱绒技术(对照)的毛子剥3次短绒改为剥1次短绒,将燃煤系统改为燃油自动控温系统。研究表明,毛子剥1次短绒比剥3次短绒显著降低了破损率(降低2.47个百分点);燃油自动控温系统脱绒工段比燃煤供热系统的种子发芽率提高7.5个百分点、活力指数提高1.1、残酸率降低0.02个百分点、残绒率降低0.25个百分点;采用新技术加工后的转基因抗虫杂交棉薄膜包衣种子的发芽率平均为84.8%、活力指数为9.84、残酸率为0.10%,薄膜包衣种子、光子发芽率分别提高3.2、9.3个百分点,均达到了GB4407.1—2008的质量要求。

Abstract:Compared with the check,the new seed processing technology for Lumianyan hybrid Bt cotton reduced three times to once for delinting short fiber and realized automatic temperature control by oil instead of coal.The results showed that the damage percentage of delinting short fiber for once was significantly lower than that of CK(2.47 percentage points lower).The new processing technology could increase the seed germination rater by 7.5 percentage points and the vigour index by 1.1,while decrease the residual acid amount by 0.02 percentage points and the remaining short-fiber percentage by 0.25 percentage points.The average germination rate,the vigor index,the residual acid amount of coated seeds processed by the new technology were 84.8%,9.84 and 0.10% respectively;the germination rate of coated seed and bare seed increased by 3.2 and 9.3 percentage points,and both arrived at the standard of GB4407.1-2008.
