| Abstract: | The characterizations of SSR markers were introduced and its application in crop germplasm identification was also reviewed,which included the relation evaluation of different germplasms,variety identification,authenticity and purity identification of varieties.In addition,the improving methods for SSR were put forward and its application prospect was discussed in this paper. |
