摘 要: | 采用垄作与传统平作相比较的方法 ,研究了垄作与传统平作两种不同种植方式对烟农 19和济麦19两个优质小麦品种产量和品质的影响 ,结果表明 :不同种植方式下两品种单位面积穗数无显著差异 ,穗粒数和千粒重差异达显著或极显著水平 ,产量增加 7 5 3%~ 13 2 8%。品质分析表明 ,垄作栽培可以显著提高两品种的籽粒容重和出粉率 ,提高面团的耐揉性 ,改善面粉的加工品质 ;而对籽粒蛋白质含量、面粉吸水率和面团形成时间影响未达显著水平 ;垄作栽培可显著提高烟农 19的面筋含量、沉降值和济麦 19的面团稳定时间

Effect of bed-planting on grain yield and quality of wheat |

Abstract: | Two high quality wheat cultivars Jimai19 and Yannong19 were selected to compare the different effect on grain yield and quality in two different planting patterns——bed-planting (BP) and conventional flat planting (CFP). The results were as follows: there was no significant difference on ears per hectare although there was a little bit increase in CFP; in terms of kernel number per spike and grain weight, the difference was significant at 0.05 or 0.01 level, and the yield increased by 7.53% and 13.28% respectively. Quality analysis indicated that it could significantly improve the grain test weight and flour extraction rate; improve the dough kneading resistance and make the flour processing quality better. But there were no significant differences in grain protein content, water absorption rate of flour and dough development time. The effect on gluten content, sedimentation volume and dough stability time were different in different cultivars. |
