山东省35个黑灰色平菇菌株的酯酶同工酶分析

摘    要:对山东省大规模栽培的35个平菇商业菌株运用酯酶同工酶电泳技术进行分析。结果表明,35个菌株有30个酶谱类型,不同菌株有各自特有的酯酶同工酶酶谱。聚类分析表明,供试菌株在70%相似水平上分为4大类:第一类包括以黑丰268为代表的8个菌株;第二类包括以2002-4为代表的4个菌株;第三类包括以超级99为代表的7个菌株;第四类包括以庆丰518为代表的16个菌株,多为杂交菌株。

Abstract:Esterase isozyme analysis was used to study 35 commercial strains of oyster mushroom.The results showed that there was great diversity among cultivated oyster mushroom.30 zymogram types were observed in all tested strains.Differences of strains were expressed in their respective characteristic zymograms.And the results of cluster analysis at 70% similarity level showed that all tested strains could be clustered into four groups,that is strains represented by Heifeng 268,4 strains represented by 2002-4,7 strains represented by Chaoji 99 and 16 strains represented by Qingfeng 518 that most were hybrid strains.
