摘    要:通过有性杂交和田间选育,利用分子标记辅助选择、田间抗性鉴定及香味鉴定,将广谱高抗白叶枯病的基因Xa21和香味基因fgr聚合到同一单株中,获得了双基因纯合且农艺性状稳定的株系。用中国7个流行性白叶枯病菌进行抗病性鉴定,结果表明植株抗性级别为高抗,与供体亲本抗谱一致,抗性水平相当,且具有浓郁香味。

Abstract:The homozygous lines which polymerized the broad spectrum and high resistance gene Xa21 and the fragrance gene fgr and had stable agronomic characters were obtained by crossing,agronomic selection and marker-assisted selection.Based on the resistance identification with seven inoculated strains,these lines showed high resistance to bacterial blight and had the same spectrum and similar resistance level as donor parent IRBB60.At the same time,these lines showed strong fragrance.
