赤霉素处理日光温室杏种子对加速育苗进程的效果研究

摘    要:日光温室杏果实采收后用赤霉素处理杏种子,较露地栽培杏提早约38天播种育苗。当年播种的赤霉素处理杏种子出苗率达67.9%,其中50%的种苗生长健壮,平均株高52.3cm,最高株高达90cm,第二年春季可采集接穗进行嫁接;第二年生长末期其株高达127~185cm,接近常规沙藏处理翌年播种获得的种苗植株高度;第三年春季开花时有50%的处理植株有花,而常规沙藏处理翌年播种获得的对照植株在第四年才有75%的植株有花。表明用赤霉素处理日光温室杏种子,能提早播种育苗,并在播种当年获得生长健壮、植株高的种苗,这对加快育种进程是可行的。

Abstract:The picked greenhouse apricot seeds treated with gibberellin could be sowed 38 days earlier than those cultivated in field. The germination rate of gibberellin - treated seeds was 67.9%, and half of generated plants grew well with the mean height as 52.3 cm and the largest height as 90 cm. The scions could be obtained from these plants for graf in the next spring. Their plant heights reached 127 - 185 cm in the growth end of next year, nearly to those of plants obtained from apricot seeds processed by conventional sand storage and sowed in the folowing year. Half of these gibberellin - treated plants flowered in spring of the third year, while only 75% of control plants flowered in the fourth year. The results meant that the greenhouse apricot seeds treated with gibberellin could be sown earlier, and stronger and taller seedlings could be obtained in the same year, so it was viable for accelerating breeding process.
