低温胁迫下砧穗互作对茄子嫁接苗叶片抗氧化酶系统的影响

摘    要:以抗冷性不同的两个茄子砧木赤茄(H)、台茄(D)互为砧穗,研究了低温胁迫下不同组合茄子嫁接苗叶片抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明,低温胁迫初期,叶片SOD、CAT活性降低,之后升高,但随着低温胁迫时间的延长,SOD、CAT活性均降低;POD活性则在低温胁迫初期升高,之后持续降低。低温胁迫过程中,同组合嫁接苗叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性均以赤茄高于台茄,而赤茄及台茄叶片的抗氧化酶活性,则以DH/H较高、DH/DH居中、DH/D较低,且均低于H/H,高于D/D。表明抗冷性强的赤茄接穗或根系均可提高台茄的抗冷性,抗冷性较弱的台茄根系或接穗则降低了赤茄的抗冷性,砧木根系对嫁接苗抗冷性的作用大于接穗。

Abstract:In order to study the contribution of rootstock and scion to cold resistance of grafted eggplant seedlings,two rootstock eggplant cultivars,Daidaro(D,susceptible to cold)and Hiranasu(H,with more resistantce) were used to be grafted on each other.And then the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in the leaves of the grafted seedlings were analyzed.The results showed that low temperature stress led to the reduction first and then increase of SOD and CAT activities at the initial stage;with the prolongation of stress time,their activities declined.But the POD activity increased at the initial stage and then declined along.During the low temperature stress,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in Hiranasu leaves were higher than those in Daidaro leaves in the same combination,and the antioxidant enzyme activity of the combinations were in order of H/H>DH/H>DH/DH>DH/D>D/D.In result,the scion and roots of Hiranasu could enhance the cold resistance of Daidaro while those of Daidaro weakened the cold resistance of Hiranasu;the rootstock roots had more contribution to the cold resistance of grafted seedlings than scion.
